Welcome to Luscious Rebel Intimate Artistry ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("client," "you," "your") and us regarding your use of our website [insert website URL] and the services we provide. 1. Scope of Services

Luscious Rebel Intimate Artistry offers transformative experiences designed to celebrate and empower clients. Our services include:

Boudoir Photography: A full-day experience crafted to honor your unique story and journey. Your session retainer includes your reserved session date, personalized planning, access to experiential tools and guides leading up to your session, luxurious shoot-day pampering, professional photography, expert retouching, and a same-day reveal session. Artwork can be purchased in advance through a pre-payment plan or selected during your reveal session on the day of your shoot. A pre-payment plan allows you to build a "boudoir bank" to shop from during your reveal, making the process seamless and stress-free.
Somatic Body-Based Exercises: Integrated into boudoir sessions to help clients connect with their emotions and physical presence during the experience.
Workshops and Courses: Focused on intimacy, empowerment, and personal growth.

Note: We do not offer 1-on-1 coaching at this time.

2. Booking and Payments

A $750 session retainer is required to secure your booking. The retainer is non-refundable and ensures your time slot.
The full session fee is due prior to your session date. Add-ons and additional purchases are charged at the time of selection.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Pre-Payment Plan: Clients may opt to pay for their keepsakes in installments before their session date. This allows for immediate selection and delivery of artwork during the same-day reveal. Pre-payment plans are:
- Non-Refundable: Payments cannot be refunded but can be transferred in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Credit Application: All amounts paid prior to your session act as a credit to use during your reveal session. If you decide to change your selected products and apply the credit toward à la carte items instead of your original collection, you are welcome to do so. However, any discounts associated with your initial collection will no longer apply, and pricing will reflect standard à la carte rates.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. Below are our cancellation and rescheduling terms:

Cancellations with Less Than 30 Days' Notice:
- The $750 session retainer is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee.
- All amounts paid toward keepsakes, including pre-payment plans, will transfer as a credit on your account.
- To rebook, you will need to pay a new session retainer to secure another shoot date.
Cancellations with More Than 30 Days' Notice:
- You can rebook once without penalty.
- All amounts paid, including the session retainer and any keepsakes, will transfer to the new date.
No-Shows:
- If you fail to show up on your scheduled date without notice, the session retainer and all paid amounts are forfeited.

This policy ensures flexibility while protecting our business from last-minute losses.

4. Artwork Selection and Delivery

Clients will have the opportunity to view and select their fully edited photos during the same-day reveal session.
Digital Artwork: Delivered within 24 hours of final payment (or the same day if pre-paid).
Printed Keepsakes: Delivered within three weeks after the shoot date, or when paid in full.

Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

5. Session Terms

Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for following preparation guides provided, arriving on time, and adhering to wardrobe and styling recommendations.
Artistic Discretion: Luscious Rebel reserves the right to determine the creative direction of the session. By booking, you agree to trust our artistic vision.
Confidentiality: Your images are private unless you sign a model release allowing their use for promotional purposes.

6. Liability

Luscious Rebel is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during sessions.
All equipment, sets, and props are maintained to ensure safety. However, clients participate at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs and materials created by Luscious Rebel remain our intellectual property until purchased.
Clients may print purchased digital images. Digital images are set to allow printing up to 8x10 in size. Purchase of digital artwork does not include copyright to the images to resell or use for commercial purposes or profit. If you seek commercial use of the artwork - please contact me directly at info@lusciousrebel.com. There is a separate agreement that must be signed by both parties to allow commercial use of images created by LJ Jean & Luscious Rebel.

8. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy - www.lusciousrebel.com/privacy-policy - which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with the "Effective Date" updated. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
